Other Info | The second annual Sonoma Mt. Music Festival--a full day of folk, bluegrass, indie, roots festival on a farm, raising funds for Climate Change research and action. Held in a restored redwood barn in the hills above Petaluma, this festival features loved local and renowned touring acts, including Laurie Lewis and the Right Hands Kendra McKinley American Nomad Ismay Rainy Eyes Lake Charlatans Isaiah Mead M. Lockwood Porter MAITA music Open mic (on-site signups) and more! We will be raising funds for Pt. Blue Conservation Science, a Petaluma-based organization that works to advance nature-based solutions to climate change, habitat loss, and other environmental threats for wildlife and people, through science, partnerships, and outreach. The day will feature live music, food, a bird walk, all in the backdrop of a family ranch. Come celebrate the arts and the land with us at Sonoma Mt. Music Festival 2017! All ages are welcome at the event, however it is a working ranch, with barbed wire, electric fences, and farm animals. If you are planning to bring a child, please note that we have these hazards and do not leave any kids unattended. |
